Team Bios

Weed Man Orillia is a local, family-owned small business. Our franchise offers high-quality services & products along with professional lawn care advice! In our community, we support local groups and charities such as: Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Foundation and the Orillia and District Soccer Club.

Eric Chicoine & Sara Gardner bought the franchise in 2014. Our family has been running the business ever since with our sons Leo and Simon joining in 2022 and 2025 respectively!

Cheryl has been our Office Manager since 2019 and keeps the office running smoothly. Karen joined us in the office in 2024 as our helpful administrative assistant.

Wade and David provide quotes and inspections. They also help Eric supervise our technicians, which include Jason, Branden and Kameron.

Weed Man has two key priorities:

 

1. Apply top-quality products and services, with professionally trained and licensed Lawn Care Technicians.
